Dear Facebook: I have 3 wishes for you to grant
Here’s my wish list for Facebook enhancements:
1. Launch a job board with similar functionality as Linkedin’s job board.
This would be THE job board in North America if they did this.
2. Find a way to get more company information on Facebook so users could search for companies more readily
This would allow for a similar advertising opportunity as currently exists with Google’s Adwords – sell keywords based on the searches ie. ‘Recruiting Firms Vancouver’ – this would connect with MindField Group’s Facebook Page… which would connect with a contact us sign up form
3. Create a ‘professional’ profile option and allow people to make their professional profile open to everyone
Essentially, this profile would become your online resume (a al Linkedin) which you could use to apply for jobs on the web.
That’s it, 3 simple requests. Please, Facebook, please?
