We minDers (alternatively: MindFielders, MFGers) sure are an eclectic bunch.We've got avid hockey fans, fashionistas, music aficianados, an ex-figure skater and dancer, a third-degree black belt, two daredevil motorcyclists, and an assortment of other colourful characters (cast of 5 different dogs included).
That being said, there's definitely a MindField-type. Namely, someone who's hardworking, driven, positive, fun, willing to help, funny, friendly, innovative, has a great attitude, and always takes initiative. Your work matters - here you make a difference by delivering talent to our customers. minDers have this uncanny knack for hitting deadlines and goals no matter what obstacles stand in the way and that's why we're so successful. To be totally clichéd, we work hard and play hard.
