Karen McPherson
Karen has 15 years of senior experience as EVP, COO and CEO with primarily online recruitment/marketing companies ranging from 16M to overall responsibility of company revenue of 600M - both domestically and internationally. Karen has worked with job boards (Monster.com through the 90's), Taleo, and for three years led HCareers - a niche hospitality job board. Karen specializes in corporate branding and identity, mergers and acquisition, operational expertise and hiring and retaining top talent.
Jade Bourelle
Co-founded Talent Technology Corporation (TTC) in 1999. An innovator in the recruiting and training industry for the past 15 years, Jade was previously an executive search consultant and the founder of TeleSkill Human Resource Solutions, a telecommunications recruitment firm. He co-founded Canada's 'Top 40 under 40' business awards and was the executive director of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), an international organization dedicated to helping university students start businesses. Jade currently serves on the International and Vancouver Board of the Entrepreneurs Association (EO).
