Cameron is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Business Management program and an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization’s (EO) Vancouver.

Jade Bourelle brings 25 years of executive management and innovative solution building in the recruiting and training industry to MindField Group, which he co-founded with Cameron in 2005. As a cofounder and CEO of Talent Technology Corporation, Jade has worked for the past 11 years to build his company into one of the largest HR software solution providers in the industry, starting with the introduction of HireDesk Applicant Tracking System, followed by Resume Mirror (now Talemetry Apply and Match) and most recently the Talemetry talent generation suite.

With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment communications and marketing field, Barb Agostini brings far-reaching experience in employment branding, recruitment communications, social media, and search engine optimization to current and future MindField Group clients as Vice President, Customer Operations. As Vice President and Executive Director of Canada at NAS Recruitment Communications for the last 11 years, Barb was instrumental in the development and execution of talent strategy campaigns that engaged talent and increased employee retention for some of the most highly recognized companies in Canada.
Senior Director, Technology
Jeff Summers has helped a number of organizations infuse technology into their processes and day to day thinking. Jeff started his career at Talent Technology Corporation where he played a number of different roles – each of which were where new technologies were introduced. He also played an instrumental role in institutionalizing the software implementations that Talent Technology continues to do today. Jeff has over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Product Training, Product Development, Recruiting, Search Engine Optimization, Online Marketing and Website Management.
As a dedicated financial professional with over 15 years of experience Kate Labou has earned a solid reputation for her analytical abilities, leadership and creativity. As Director of Finance and Administration she will focus on creating strong financial budgeting and reporting to support the growth initiatives currently underway. Kate’s strong systems background and recent experience with a leading niche job board, with compound annual growth of over 25 percent, will prove invaluable as MindField Group moves forward.
Director, Customer Success & Implementations
Steve has over 7 years experience working in Operations and Customer Experience in the service industry. Previously the Director of Initiatives at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Steve was responsible for implementing new and innovative programs across their international franchise system. Always focused on exceptional customer experiences, Steve was instrumental in implementing the NPS loyalty program and custom complaint resolution system currently used to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. Now, leading the Customer Success & Implementations team for MindField Group, Steve combines his expertise to ensure wow experiences for MindField Group clients while delivering best fit candidates.
