It's been a busy 2010 kick off over at MindField and we are pleased to welcome Lise Doldersum and Nicole Leighton to our management team. Both come with over a decade of experience in their respective departments and will bring a heightened experience for our clients.

Lise Doldersum

Director, RPO Service Operations

As the Director of RPO Service Operations, Lise has overall responsibility for the delivery of superior quality recruitment services for our clients. Her ongoing mandate is to review process and procedures, ensuring that we are continuously meeting and surpassing client expectations, while increasing quality and efficiency.

Prior to joining our organization Lise held various senior management positions focused on process and quality improvements, at a major consulting and outsourcing firm. Among her strengths is her capacity to examine data and to develop and operationalize strategies to improve the way we serve clients.  She has more than a decade of experience in managing large groups of employees, and is an expert in call centre process management. 

Nicole Leighton

RPO Implementation Consultant

Nicole joins Mindfield with over 15 years of business partnership, account management and talent acquisition experience across a diverse range of industries (software development, institutional banking, financial services and government). As RPO Implementation Consultant, her role is to ensure a seamless implementation for new clients and a positive, productive ongoing relationship that cements MindField as a solid, branded recruiting partner for our clients. Along with extensive training in the field of talent acquisition and talent management, Nicole has a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
